Who You Are:
To prosper in the Product Manager role, you will be a major connector between all things product,
engineering, and customers. You will bridge the gap in technical and product literacy.  You must feel
comfortable speaking professionally with B2B clients and cross-functionally with our team members.
The ideal candidate has a background in cloud-based Product Management, software spec writing, sprint
planning, has familiarity with the SDLC and other execution paradigms which deliver outstanding results.

  • You have managed the end-to-end product lifecycle and tracked outcomes of your release cycles
  • You are an extremely strong and effective communicator across a range of situations: from pitching our leadership team on changing the roadmap, to digging into a feature with your team, you take time to explain fundamental reasons behind your decisions
  • You have high intellectual horsepower, especially around systems thinking
  • You flourish when it comes to cross-functional teamwork
  • You are curious, scrappy, and able to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute strategic business opportunities from CEO, CTO, employees, and customers
  • Gather insights to promote continual product advancement
  • Discover and align key use case/user stories; satisfy internal/external stakeholders
  • Explore and define Product Roadmap decisions, communicating directly with CEO and CTO
  • Manage system architecture complexities with thoughtful feature design and planning
  • Product Roadmap prioritization and feature planning, spec writing, design
  • Manage our team of software developers and QA engineers
  • Work directly with CTO for product alignment and planning purposes
  • Organize and prepare weekly development sprints
  • Quality assurance for each sprint release

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of product management or similar experience with superior business results
  • Experience shipping internet-based B2B products with meaningful customer solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong capability to turn product ideas into fruition
  • Experience developing products that are designed for a technical customer, satisfy business requirements, and have scaled to solve enterprise-level problems
  • Experience developing products for the Enterprise, Healthcare, or similarly complex customers

Bonus Points:
  • Experience developing software products for healthcare
  • Experience developing software products for Enterprise or B2B customers
  • An undergraduate degree in computer science or previous engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe, Sketch, Figma, or other design tools
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
