JOB DESCRIPTION 

Position Overview:?The Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise to ensure our network infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and performance. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.?? 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

System Design and Architecture:? 

• Lead the design and architecture of telecommunications systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.? 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system designs.? 

Network Implementation and Optimization:? 

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of telecommunications systems, including hardware and software components.? 

• Optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure seamless and reliable operation.? 

Technology Evaluation and Integration:? 

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in telecommunications.? 

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the existing infrastructure to enhance overall system capabilities.? 

Collaboration and Team Leadership:? 

• Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.? 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.? 

Security and Compliance:? 

• Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard telecommunications systems and data.? 

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.? 

Documentation and Reporting:? 

• Create comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.? 

• Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and reliability.? 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.? 

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale telecommunications systems.? 

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software related to telecommunications.? 

• Strong proficiency in system integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.? 

• Experience with security protocols and compliance standards in the telecommunications industry.? 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?
