Jonathan is the Chief Information Security Officer, CISO, for Incomm Payments. Incomm Payments has over 30 years of industry-leading technology in payment processing. They serve many companies in different verticals such as retail, financial services, healthcare, and transportation.
Jonathan leads the security organization for Incomm Payments as their CISO. He has years of information security experience with companies such as Fiserv, Agilisys, and government agencies, such as United States Cyber Command and the National Security Agency. Jonathan served ten years in the United States Marine Corps where he led and operated in areas of signals intelligence, and offensive cyber operations.
As an experienced information security professional, Jonathan has demonstrated a long history of working in information security operations as a strong leader with a forward-leaning frame of mind. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with many industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Frank served six years in the United States Air Force, which allowed him to transition to MCI, where he began his technical career. Over the last 20+ years, he has had the opportunity to work with talented people at high-growth and innovative companies, including MCI, Qwest, Riverbed, Infoblox, and now, Swimlane. He is an accomplished, results-driven sales executive, offering a solid history of enterprise software revenue growth for both established and start-up technology companies.
Frank is a former competitor as a national long-distance runner who learned the value of teamwork and discipline at an elite level that has blessed him in his personal and professional life. In his spare time, he is active in his church and men’s ministry and enjoys spending time with his family, especially outdoors.

As Swimlane’s Senior Sales Engineer for the Southeast US and Latin Americas, Chris carries the vision and strategy for technically evangelizing the company’s security portfolio and ensuring that the possibilities of the Swimlane’s security automation and orchestration platform align to the objectives and outcomes desired by Swimlane’s customers and prospects. Chris possesses a strong security focused background combined with deep technical experience.
In his previous roles as Security Architect at Broadcom Inc, and Principal Security Engineer at Symantec Corporation, Chris held positions that focused on Managed Security Services, GRC, SIEM, and Endpoint Solutions. Chris’ early roles focused on security consulting, penetration testing, and securing financial and manufacturing institutions. As a highly respected security engineer, Chris brings over 25 years of security software experience to bear.
