Interview Tips

You secured the interview...now what? This course is intended to prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally for that big interview. The more you invest in your preparation, the better your chances for a positive outcome.

Topics:

Prepping for the Interview

a. Ask for their office attire in advance in order to dress appropriately.

b. Identify what you value, what your priorities are, etc….

c. Research the company beforehand.

d. What questions to ask to ensure that this is the right company for you.

e. Why is this the right job for me?

f. Tips for an in-person interview vs. remote interview.

During the interview

a. Body language, word choice. How you talk in interviews is not the same as how you talk with friends and family.

b. Be succinct with your answers. It’s ok to leave some space when answering.

c. Common questions asked in a professional level interview.

d. How to answer the hard questions.

e. Identify questions you will ask the company.

Bio
Jonathan has 20 years of digital technology leadership experience in the healthcare, CPG, and government industries. He holds an Executive MBA from Davenport University and is a graduate of Executive education programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and University of California – Berkeley.
