VP of Diversity and Development, BGSF
Bio
Ebony Butler brings 20 years of learning & development and over 8 professional years of diversity, equity & inclusion experience to her current role as the VP of Diversity and Development for BGSF. Ebony joined BG in 2021. Drawing from her lived experiences, she is dedicated to the cultivation of safe spaces that allow authenticity, drive creativity, promote trust and deliver quality performance throughout an organization. Ebony also enjoys her role as an adjunct college professor at a HBCU (Historical Black College & University), where she teaches students about how to manage their personal finance, generate wealth, and social entrepreneurial skills.
