About the Speaker:
Melissa Harris, CEO of Contract Trainers Corporation
Melissa has trained and coached over 20,000 sales professionals in high tech industries. She founded CTC 20 years ago to design and facilitate customized global training solutions. With over 850 contract training professionals, CTC works with leadership, sales, customer service, call centers, and tech support teams. Key areas of focus include soft skills, new products/services, software, and billing systems. Project examples include mergers & acquisitions, new product launches, culture transformation and customer experience management.
