Description
Intro to Open Source Integration and Containers with Red Hat
Hear an introduction to Red Hat Middleware and Integrations for services. These Red Hat application platforms provide the key technologies for rapidly building applications across an enterprise and integrating into existing systems/data. Red Hat will provide an introduction to Fuse and Apache Camel, the open source integration framework Fuse is based on. Presentation will also cover how to use the technology with Red Hat Openshift and Red Hat 3Scale.
You will learn Fuse basics and be walked through developing and deploying a route with Spring Boot. Due to the common need for REST services in enterprise applications, this session will cover how to start writing a REST Camel route using examples of the Camel REST DSL. Come learn how to deploy camel routes onto OpenShift and set up API Management using 3Scale to manage your API usage, URLs, and more!
