Description
Innovation is nothing new. But innovation as a discipline is indeed relatively new. Most of us are too young to remember a time when marketing, strategy, and quality (TQM) were not disciplines in business. That time did exist. The discipline of Innovation started much later than these, and as the presenters would argue, it remains an emerging discipline.
How do we successfully and reliably innovate on time and budget, and on purpose? This question is essential in transforming innovation from relying on luck and hard work to relying on repeatable processes, reusable tools, and powerful skills and craft. We are on our way there.
Todd McCullough was fortunate to work with one of the two pioneering places where this discipline was born, and it changed his approach to business completely. In this session you will learn about many of the repeatable processes and reusable tools; and you’ll start to develop some of the skills and craft.
What role will AI play in innovation going forward? Will AI help or hurt innovation? The presenters will discuss ways in which AI will do BOTH!
This session will help you develop and improve your skills for managing growth, innovation, and change.
One of the most important and difficult challenges leaders face is how to:
-
make progress for the current organization, and at the same time,
- develop the thriving future organization.
Successfully navigating the natural tension that exists is a valuable leadership skill, and one that will be addressed during the session.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
CTOs, CIOs, executive leaders and managers, product managers, and application services leads and managers.
