About the Speakers:
Allie Feiner
Allie Feiner is the Vice President of Global Technology & Operations at AllianceBernstein, focusing on professional and organizational development within the GTO division since May 2019. Her responsibilities include managing emerging talent pipelines, overseeing organizational strategy and design, partnering with the executive team on strategic priorities, and leading internship and associate programs globally. Allie also actively engages in community initiatives such as mentoring emerging tech talent in Nashville, expanding AB programs internationally, and participating in organizations like Women in Technology Tennessee and charitable activities like volunteering with Big Fluffy Dog Rescue and Saddle Up! Therapeutic riding center.
Robert McWilliams
Robert McWilliams is the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Technology and Operations (GTO) at AB, where he oversees all technology and operations functions globally, leads growth strategy, and manages organizational development. His previous role as chief operating officer for GTO involved governance responsibilities for IT and Operations, including Project Management Office oversight and Risk and Audit management. With a background at Citigroup and Salomon Smith Barney, McWilliams brings extensive experience in organizational development and learning and development for technology and operations teams. He holds a BS in computer science from Manhattan College and is based in Nashville.
