Description
Open House with lab tours and interactive demos to mark National Biomechanics Day. The lab is part of the new Center for Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology at Vanderbilt University. The Center consists of a state-of-the-art 3000 sq. ft. motion analysis lab for working with human subjects using robotics and other assistive devices, plus individual adjoining rehabilitation engineering labs that house the research groups. Biomechanics is the study of motion and force as applied to biological systems.
