As IT professionals, we understand the terms Development, Security, and Operations. But place them together as DevSecOps and the terms combined refer to Agile Development, Cyber Security, and IT Operations. That’s a lot for our featured moderators and panelists to unpack in an hour plus with your questions...but we’re ready for the challenge! Moderators: Ray Wagner, Ph.D., is Nashville native and Managing Vice President of the Secure Business Enablement group, which is part of the Information Security and Privacy research organization of Gartner Research. Ray is a global speaker, author and authority on a wide range of security issues, including identity and access management, web services security, public-key infrastructures, digital rights management, the information security organization, and information security issues within emerging technologies. Ray is a longtime Nashville resident and active in the security community including past leadership roles in Middle TN ISSA. Mark Brown, is your 2019 Middle Tennessee ISACA Chapter Programs Director. Mark has a 25+ year background in IT and IT security roles including systems engineering/program development, project management, and executive leadership. He’s served in small Fortune Fast 50 startups and large Fortune 100 enterprises as part of the government, insurance, clinical healthcare, finance and defense industries. Mark resides in Tullahoma with his family where he works as an IT/security program management support consultant/contractor. He is active in ISSA, ISACA, and ISC2 across the Southeast. Panelists: Tim Chase, Global Advisory Board for C|ASE (Certified Application Security Engineer) at EC-Council and Director of Information Security for Healthstream. Mr. Chase has worked in IT in the Middle TN area for the past 17+ years. He enjoys speaking at conferences including RSA DevOpsConnect and InfoSec Nashville. Jabez Abraham, Cloud Security Architect, Secure DevOps for Asurion. Mr. Abraham has been in IT for 20+ years focusing on Cloud Management and Security for the past 5 years. He also has worked closely with both on-shore and offshore cloud development teams. Mr. Abraham speaks regularly to groups including several different group meetings hosted by CloudEXPO, WhiteHat Security, MicroFocus and Mid TN ISACA (2017). Susan Matyas Breedlove, PMI-ACP is Manager of Business Analysis and Agile Team Leaders at Premise Health. Ms. Matyas Breedlove started in IT 14 years ago as an IT Trainer moving increasingly into technical Analysis, Project Management and ultimately Agile Development roles. She is passionate about leading teams to develop effective solutions for their enterprise healthcare partners. She’s a Nashville native and personifies “the Business side of IT”. Timothy De Block is a Senior Software Security Engineer for Premise Health, presenter, CitySec meetup organizer, and podcast producer. His previous speaking opportunities include BSides Augusta and DerbyCon. As co-organizer of ColaSec and the OWASP Columbia chapter, he provides members with guidance and mentorship on getting into and advancing a career in information security. Srinivas Nagulavancha is a Reliability Team Leader in Knowledge Services at Deloitte. As a 12 year IT veteran, Mr. Nagulavancha is a DevOps Evangelist and Microsoft Certified Azure Professional with a demonstrated history of managing multiple teams in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Azure DevOps, Azure Applications and Infrastructure, Serverless in Azure, Power shell & SharePoint.
