What is a Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience? The Microsoft Immersion Experience offers a hands-on environment where you can test-drive best-in-class technologies, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Skype for Business, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Windows-based devices and mobile solutions. During your session, you’ll try out solutions to your business challenges and get expert advice on using your current technology to strengthen productivity. Each session is led by a trained facilitator and customized to let you explore at your own pace, focus on the products and solutions that you want, and get hands-on experience that address your business needs. The Microsoft Immersion Experience is designed to be highly interactive, informative, and fun. There is no set agenda. Each immersive session is unique, as it is based on the interest of the session’s participants to offer real world solutions that can solve your business challenges. Immersion sessions are about 2 hours in length. What to Expect: • No slides, demos or sales pitch • Custom session based on the interest, priorities and needs of you and your department or agency • Time to play a part - Each participant will select the character “persona” to play for the session • A facilitator to guide you through a live environment in the cloud to explore for yourself “what’s possible” • We will be serving a light breakfast Giveaway: One lucky participant will receive a One Year Subscription for Office 365 Home: • Office 365 Home is a subscription service for up to five users, built to help you get things done from virtually anywhere and on all your devices.
