Growth!
Imagine what you could accomplish if your entire organization was focused on growth? Not sales. Not marketing. Not production. But growth!
Stratasan, a healthcare technology company is doing just that. Over the past few years, they saw growth happening, but wanted it to be purposeful, and systemic across all teams. They wanted to grow by continually adding value to their customers. Blurring the lines between sales and marketing, product and content, new teams and titles are being born. Organizational barriers are being eliminated. And everyone is contributing to growth in unique, collaborative ways.
Come hear Jason Moore, Founder and CEO, Haley Devlin, VP of Growth, and other team members as they unpack how growth is happening at Stratasan, it’s impact on their team and trajectory, and how you can do it too!
