Description
This event will help you answer important questions such as “Do you know who your business's buyers are?" and "How much do you know about them?" If you're struggling to answer these questions, we're here to help you out! Why do you even need a buyer persona? Creating research-based representations of your ideal customers lets you focus your time on qualified prospects and focus your marketing efforts to suit the needs of your target customers. As a result, you'll be able to attract high-value visitors, leads, and customers to your business who you'll be more likely to retain over time. More specifically, having a deep understanding of your buyer persona(s) is critical to driving content creation, product development, sales follow-up, and really anything that relates to customer acquisition and retention. Blaine Anderson and Josh Rothman, the founding partners of OtherLeft, a digital design and UX strategy/innovation firm based in Nashville, will walk us through the importance of buyer personas and the steps to create one for your business. You'll leave this session with the information and tools you need to get started.
