Design Thinking has emerged as a successful methodology that teams use to approach problem-solving and delivery of innovative solutions that delight their customers. In this interactive session using “Mentimeter” Bruce Gay, PMP, will engage participants on the benefits of incorporating Design Thinking methodologies on projects for increased customer alignment and business impact. This webinar provides participants with a high-level overview of Design Thinking methods and tools.
