About the NTC ELITE Leadership Workshop Series
Building on the success of the NTC ELITE leadership training program, the Greater Nashville Technology Council is collaborating Marc A. Wolfe to design workshops on emotional intelligence, crisis management, conflict resolution, and collaboration. In these one-off workshops, Mark will walk you through valuable techniques to help you not just endure but also grow your skills. We'll look at ways to manage your emotional intelligence, maintain your fortitude, and confidently guide your teams. With the this workshop series, you can attend one focused on a specific topic or sign up for the series. Regardless, you'll gain new insights and career skills. Check out all the upcoming leadership workshops we offer.
