Electric Vehicle Ride and Drive
Description
Have you ever test driven an electric vehicle? Do you have questions about electric vehicle costs and incentives, related cost savings, reliability, the availability of charging infrastructure, and more?
On May 1, the Middle-West Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition, which is coordinated by TDEC OEP, will host an electric vehicle ride-and-drive at Tech Hill Commons!
Over a free lunch, enjoy a brief 30-minute presentation on the benefits of electric vehicles will precede the ride-and-drive from 11-11:30am in the Cyber Range Event Center at THC. Following the presentation, the group will walk outside to the parking lot, where vehicles will be parked and ready for test drives. The ride-and-drive will run from 11:30 am-1 pm and will include the Nissan Leaf, Tesla Model 3, Chevy Bolt EV, Honda Clarity PHEV, and Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-In. When registering for the event, please indicate your vehicle preferences for test drives.
Those who are interested in participating in the ride-and-drive should complete the pre-event survey, which is accessible here.
