 Jessica Walker, Founder & CEO, Care Sherpa

 ​​​​​​​​​For over 13 years, Jessica has been consulting with health care organizations and providers to support patient and employee engagement strategies with demonstrated financial and quality improvement impact. In these roles Jessica worked with healthcare organizations on their patient acquisition and retention strategies through the use of predictive analytics. She also served as an executive level strategic consultant helping healthcare business leaders align data analytics, technology strategies, and operational resources to drive significant business outcomes.  

Jessica has consulted health systems of various sizes on topics related to CRM implementation and maximization, Digital Engagement, Population Health management, marketing strategy, and health technology innovation.  She has also provided industry knowledge and expertise in various healthcare reform specific areas such as; meaningful use, patient portal adoption, value based purchasing and improving the patient’s experience. 
 Prior to founding Care Sherpa, Jessica helped Healthcare organizations with their Employee Engagement outcomes and direct business impact as an Engagement Regional Director for Press Ganey. In addition, she spent the early part of her career working with the Gallup Organization leading the Healthcare Practice services for Patient and Employee Engagement. In this role Jessica developed her passion for selecting and developing high performing teams with predictive selection and talent based hiring and development strategies.  
Jessica obtained her Masters of Arts in Communications/Human Resources from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
