Change Catalyst, a national driver of tech inclusive companies, and Black in Tech Nashville, a local inclusive tech ecosystem builder, is hosting Nashville's Inaugural 2017 Tech Inclusion Forum at Belmont University on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 beginning at 8 am to 5 pm. This all-day forum will provide evidence-based solutions to diversifying the tech talent pipeline, cultivating a sustainable tech and workforce development ecosystem, and connecting key stakeholders in our knowledge economy. Speakers include Jerome Hardaway of Vets Who Codes, Kristin McKinney of Nashville Girl Geeks Dinner, Andrew Goldner of GrowthX.com, Beth Hoeg of Women in Tech Tennessee, Yuri Cruz of Hispanic Chamber, Ralph Schulz of the Nashville Area Chamber, Brian Moyer of the Nashville Technology Council, Dr. Carol Puryear of Tennessee Board of Regents' Community and Economic Development, Hasina Mohyuddin of Nashville Digital Inclusion Coalition, Dr. William Ingram Chief Information Officer of Belmont University, Keith Durbin of Metro ITS, Dr. Keith Hargrove of TSU College of Engineering, MaryAnn Howland of Global Leadership Diversity Exchange, and countless others who are working to build a vibrant tech inclusive pipeline, workforce, and startup community.
